Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Performance Analyst to join our team. This person will help with analyzing, designing, and delivering data driven technology services & solutions. The ideal candidate will possess intellectual curiosity, good communication, problem solving skills, technical aptitude, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Analyze business requirements and help to translate them into technical specifications
• • Assist with the design, development, and implementation of new systems or modification of existing systems to meet business needs
• • Create and maintain documentation including system design, test plans, PowerPoints, and user manuals
• • Develop Business Intelligence reports and dashboards
• • Develop apps using Microsoft Power apps
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, data scientists, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success
• • Provide support to end-users and help resolve system issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• • Analytical and problem-solving skills
• • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or visual studio
• • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI)
• • Knowledge of database design and development
• • Experience with Microsoft O365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• • Good communication and collaboration skills
• • Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• • Experience or working knowledge in Agriculture is a plus
