Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Engagement Leader to drive the successful adoption and utilization of our data solutions. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data initiatives align with company objectives, deliver actionable insights, and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

o Stakeholder Engagement and Strategy:

• • Collaborate with business executives and department heads to define/set the data strategy and roadmap.
• • Act as the primary liaison between business units, data teams, and leadership to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

o Insight Delivery and Management:

• • Lead the implementation of data solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive operational efficiencies.
• • Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to design scalable and user-friendly Business Intelligence (“BI”) tools and dashboards.
• • Ensure data governance, integrity, and security best practices are followed.

o Business Analysis and Insight Generation:

• • Translate business needs into data requirements, working with technical teams to ensure data availability and accuracy.
• • Analyze data and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• • Create compelling visualizations and reports that communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

o Change Management and Training:

• • Lead training sessions and develop self-service BI resources to empower business users.
• • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting BI adoption and continuous improvement.
• • Provide ongoing support for business teams leveraging BI tools and insights.

o Project Leadership:

• • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of BI projects.
• • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
• • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.

o Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:

• • Track BI solution adoption and impact, continuously refining and optimizing BI capabilities.
• • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced data visualization techniques.

Qualifications:

• • Proven ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• • Experience in managing large-scale BI projects and cross-functional teams.
• • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business value
• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or engagement role.
• • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL.
• • Experience or working knowledge in Agriculture is a plus
